I would recommend the course for anyone responsible for improving the use of Google Analytics in their organization.

The HEA16 provided useful knowledge about what other institutions are doing currently in their web analytics and social media measurement. At times, it could’ve been helpful to dive deeper into certain topics, but the short format gave us a chance to get a wide breadth of information.

I would definitely recommend the course. I think it is a great way to get directed help and instruction on using Google Analytics, which is a powerful tool that can be a little overwhelming if you are not used to it.

I would definitely recommend this course for beginning to mid-career social-media managers.
